Liliana Ojeda es Master of Arts in Jewellery and Silversmithing, de la prestigiosa University of Central England y Licenciada en Artes, mención Escultura, de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
· Recién egresada, recibe el 1er Premio en escultura, otorgado por la I. Municipalidad de Santiago, con su obra “Placas” realización en cerámica y fierro.
· En El Reino Unido, gana el reconocimiento de la Asociación de Joyeros Británicos por su trabajo de orfebrería con la técnica de “Electroforming” empleada para su trabajo final de titulación “El cuerpo y la joyería”
· Participa dos años consecutivos en la prestigiosa Feria Internacional de Joyería “Inhorgenta” en Alemania. Sus obra se exhibe y comercializa en Inglaterra, Estados Unidos, Alemania y Grecia.
En Santiago de Chile crea el colectivo de arte “Ag3”, junto a dos destacadas orfebres nacionales y forma parte de la selección de empresas que impulsa Pro-Chile, en sus actividades comerciales hacia el extranjero. Es Invitada por Raíz Diseño para participar en sus eventos anuales de “diseño de autor”.
Actualmente, junto a tres orfebres destacadas, es gestora y vice-presidenta de “JoyaBrava” la primera asociación gremial de joyería contemporánea chilena. La cual reúne a 40 orfebres nacionales. Además, trabaja como orfebre independiente desarrollando diversas líneas de joyería contemporánea y como docente en la Escuela de Artes y oficios del Fuego.
Liliana Ojeda is Master of Arts in Jewellery and Silversmithing, from the University of Central England, UK and a Bachellor in Fine Arts and Sculpture, from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
· Just after graduation she receives the first prize in Sculpture for young artists, by the Santiago City Councyl for her work called “Placas” made in ceramics and iron.
· In the UK, she wins a recognition by the British Jewellers Asociation for her work done in the school of jewellery with the technique of “Electroforming” used for her final graduation work “jewellery and the body”
· She participates in the prestigious International jewellery fair “Inhorgenta” Munich, Germany, for two years. Her work is present in shops from countries like England, US, Germany and Greece.
In Chile she creates the art group called “Ag3”, with two other well known national artists. She is in the list of Pro-Chile, comertial activities for abroad. She is regularly invited by “Raíz Diseño” to take part of the events they organize.
Currently she is the creator and the vice-president of “JoyaBrava”, the first asociation of contemporary jewellers from Chile. Liliana works as an independent jeweller in her studio and she teaches at the School of applied Arts in Santiago, Chile.
